MBLL requires a Contractor to remove and replace one (1) 5-ton HVAC unit at both Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino as per the specifications described below. The removal and disposal of one 5-ton Liebert (L-7) Challenger and all related refrigerant piping and condenser at Club Regent Casino. The removal and disposal of one 5-ton Liebert (L-7) Challenger and all related refrigerant piping and condenser at McPhillips Station Casino. Supply and install one 5-ton Stulz Environmental unit to replace the 5-ton Liebert Challenger system at Club Regent Casino. Supply and install one 5-ton Stulz Environmental unit to replace the 5-ton Liebert Challenger system at McPhillips Station Casino. Install all new related refrigerant piping for each 5-ton Stulz system at each Casino. All required equipment, parts, materials, refrigerant and labour are to be included in the price. The existing discharge air ductwork is to be re-used at each Casino. Proper piping practices must be followed, and equipment start-up and commissioning must be done. Work location is in the Mezzanine Surveillance equipment room at Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Street Station Casino. The units have two power feeds. House power and Diesel generator power (APS). During work, please tag out/lock out both feeds. All electrical will be completed by the In-House MBLL Electrical Department. Approximate total length of refrigerant piping run from the unit on the Mezzanine to its L-7 condenser on the roof at CRC: Liquid line~ 123 ft Suction line ~123 ft Liquid line elbows - 10 Suction line elbows - 10 Existing line sizes 7/8" and 1/2" Approximate total length of refrigerant piping run from the unit on the Mezzanine to its L-7 condenser on the roof at MSC: 50 ft line Quantity of fifteen (15), 90elbows of each size 7/8" and 1 1/2 " Commercial general liability insurance covering all operations of the Contractor, including products and completed operations, and including coverage for non- owned automobiles with minimum coverage limits of $5,000,000. Said policy shall name MBLL, its directors, officers, employees, and agents as additional insured. MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
