Reference Number 0000362538 Job Location: 18791 Highway 8, Morrison, Colorado 80465 Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new 5+1-bay Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF), 3 tank Magnesium-Chloride Containment Structure, a Bulk Fuel Tank. The project is located at an existing CDOT Maintenance yard south of the town of Morrison on Hwy 8. The new VSF shall be a 6,000 gross square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). The VSF will contain an administration area and five 20'-0" x 50'-0" bays used to store CDOT plow trucks, two of which shall be wash bays with waterproofed finishes and fixtures. The flooring shall be concrete slab-on-grade with a 20-foot concrete apron at the overhead doors. The project will include a 55'-10" x 24'-2" Mg-Cl containment structure which will hold three storage tanks.
