Upgrade electrical systems in Buildings 108, 313, & 411. The electrical systems to be upgraded shall include transformers, high voltage switches, main distribution panels, sub-panels and all attached loads and branch circuits, wiring, and conduit. Inspection and testing of upgraded systems shall be performed at the conclusion of work to ensure its functionality. Construction shall be phased to minimize outages that impact operations and mission support. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 09/20/2024 Only one site visit will be conducted. MACC contract holders are to supply the names of all attendees (including their subcontractors) that they will be sending for the site visit, and shall provide completed 5512 and VCC forms for any attendees that do not have NSA Mechanicsburg DBIDS. This information shall be provided no later than September 3rd, 2024 at 4:00 pm by sending an email to francis.a.caruso10.civ@us.navy.mil and delonne.a.wilbourn.civ@us.navy.mill. Contractors with NSA Mechani 2 Location The work shall be located at Buildings 108, 313, & 411 at the Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, PA, approximately as indicated.
