The Cedarview Montwell Special Service District (CMSSD) is requesting statements of qualification (SOQ) from qualified contractors for the construction of the Victory Pipeline Connection Project, 2024. This phase is to pre-qualify contractors based upon statements of qualifications. Contractors that are pre-qualified will be invited to participate in a subsequent cost bidding phase where the project will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. Jeff McCarty (801) 400-9216 jmccarty@sunrise-eng.com Project Description This project is located west and northwest of Roosevelt City in Duchesne County, Utah. On Crooked Sky Rd, a new 8-inch PVC or HDPE line will be installed starting at the existing Victory Pipeline tiein vault. The new pipe will be installed within the county dirt road disturbance or within a marked easement parallel to private dirt roadways or cross county north to Bluebell Rd, approximately 13,800 feet. The pipe will be bored underneath Bluebell Rd. The bore will have a casing around the pipe. The pipe will turn east and follow along the north side of Bluebell Rd within the road ROW for approximately 3,450 feet. The pipe will turn north at 4900 W and again follow marked easements parallel to dirt roadways, or cross country, or within county dirt road disturbances until it reaches 4300 W, approximately 12,725 feet. The pipe will then follow parallel to 4300 W in the road ROW until it intersects with 4000 N, approximately 2,025 feet. The pipe will cross 4000 N to the north side, then follow parallel to the road until the intersection at 4000 N. The pipe will tie-in to an existing system line on the south side of the road.
