SCOPE OF WORK 1. Run power & conduit, install a new 200amp electrical in kitchen (turn key) all affected areas to be patched and painted. 2. Electrical panel to be recessed in the wall 3. 200 amp Panel to Square D or Siemens 4. Contractor will have to provide and coordinate an abatement contractor for the opening of wall and roof. 5. Plaster and paint are positive with asbestos and lead . 6. All roof penetration needs to be done pert Tremco specs. All roof work done needs to done by a authorized Tremco installer. 7. All repairs are to be completed following District-specified requirements. 8. All materials are to be completed following District-specified requirements. 9. Protect repair area from site personnel and students. 10. Work to be done after school hours or on weekends. 11. Open areas and construction left open overnight must be covered and secured. 12. Locate utilities before starting work at each site. 13. Notify District representative prior to a shutdown (If required). 14. All work must be inspected/tested after installation to ensure proper equipment operation. 15. Any changes or deviations from the scope require Management approval in writing.
