Work of this Contract comprises of the construction of a fenced compound and electrical infrastructure for development of a communications site, at 5 Wing, Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador; and further identified in the drawings and specifications and as outlined below, including but not limited to: .1 The relocation and installation of an existing 80kW/100kVA, 120/208V, 3P containerized APU. .2 The supply and installation of grounding electrodes and conductors. .3 The supply and installation of underground power and communication conduits and cabling. .4 The supply and installation of one 200A, 120/208V, 3P, 4W panelboard. .5 The supply and installation of fence mounted luminaires. .6 The supply and installation of a concrete pad to mount the existing relocated containerized APU. 7 The supply and installation of a concrete pad and bollards to serve as a fuel Product Transfer Area (PTA). .8 Supply and installation of a 2,270 Liter fuel oil storage tank and associated fuel distribution system to serve the APU. .9 Testing and commissioning of all equipment (both new and existing equipment) and systems installed per this contract.
