The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. Items of work are as follows: 1. Construct a box culvert for the canal across 4015 West including bridge removal, box culvert construction with associated headwalls, wing walls, fencing, grading, and canal liner. 2. Reconstruct and reprofile 4015 West over the new canal box culvert. Reconstruct the intersection of 4015 West and 4715 South to the new 4015 West profile. 3. Project will include saw cutting and removing the existing pavement and construction of a new pavement section, drainage improvements, and the removal and installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveways as directed by the plans. Work will include the restripe 4015 West and 4715 South per plans. 4. Rotomill and overlay 4015 West between the reconstruction extents and 4700 South. Rotomill and overlay 4715 South between the reconstruction extents and existing pavement seam across 4715 South. 5. All other work elements not mentioned here but specified or called out in the plans.
