Reference Number 0000362478 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: With Option for four renewals Cherry Creek School District (The District) is seeking statements of qualifications from professional firms and individuals to provide sign services. The District will evaluate, rank, and select a pool of pre-qualified suppliers from the submissions to bid on individual projects. The District aims to standardize and modernize all room signage across District buildings to improve wayfinding, ensure all regulations and ADA compliance, and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the District. The project is part of a broader initiative to improve campus accessibility and create a cohesive visual identity across all facilities. We no longer want to label each room (e.g., OFFICE, CLASSROOM, BOOKROOM, etc.) because rooms change all the time, and we want to streamline our signage and let the schools insert the room title and who occupies that room. If awarded Pre-Qualification, it does not guarantee work in the future. The District hopes to utilize as few suppliers as possible but needs the flexibility to utilize multiple suppliers when necessary. CCSD further reserves the right to cancel this RFP and/or reject offers, without obligation, as determined in the best interest of the District.
