The Town of Hanna, Wyoming is requesting proposals from qualified Roofing Contractor to performthe following: Removal of existing 1 layer roofsystem to the deck, consisting ofone layer of single ply membrane.60 mil PVC Duralast. Removal ofexisting poly iso taper system. Proper leveling of existing roofdeck. Installation of new poly isotaper system with a ridge peak inthe middle of the building achieving .5:12 positive drainage to thefront and rear of the building. Continuous sheeted OSB decking tobe installed over the poly iso tapersystem as the primary fasting substrate. Moisture barrier, syntheticunderlayment to be installed overthe OSB substrate along with iceand water shield membrane 6 feeton the eaves. 24 gauge standing seam steel panel system to be installed for .5:12positive drainage. Mechanicallylocked/seamed panel, 2" seam.Steel Gutter/downspout system tobe installed on front and rear of thefacility. 6 inch seamless prefinishedgutters with 3" x 4" downspoutswith extensions. . Selection of the RoofingContractor will be based upon thereview of detailed information sentin the proposals, and availabilityof key staff and proposed cost parameters. The Town of Hanna, Wyoming reserves the right to rejectany and all proposals and to waiveany irregularities or informalities.
