Estimate: $50,000 Construction of new custom kitchen cabinets to include a butler pantry cabinet, drywall repairs, painting of kitchen walls. Demolition of existing cabinets by city. New ceiling grid and tile system. Demolition of existing ceiling grid and tiles by the city. Plumbing and electrical demolition and new installations to be done by city. Bids must be in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Purchasing Manager, City of Euless and have the bid number and closing date clearly marked on the outside envelope. Late bids will be retained by the City; however, they will not be opened nor considered in the evaluation of the bid. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the official opening. Bids may not be altered, amended or withdrawn after the official opening without the recommendation and approval of the Purchasing Manager. The City is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax, therefore, tax must not be included in the bid price. The City reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City. Your proposal must be submitted on this form. Items bid must meet or exceed City of Euless Specifications; however, alternate bids will be considered if accompanied by published specifications and a detailed listing of points that do not meet City Specifications. The City reserves the right, however, to hold to City Specifications and to determine "or equal" status. This City reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bid submitted and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City.
