The City of Arvada is looking for a qualified contracting firm to design, build and install exterior signage at the Olde Town Transit Hub parking garage located at 5575 Vance St., Arvada, CO 80002. Projected Start Date: October 2024 Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Scope of Work: The City is looking for two new matching signs to be placed on West and South drive entrances of the parking garage. Currently, there are two large "P" type signs above the entrances. We would like to relocate these to be next to the new signage. We would like the new signage to be 42" H x 18' L. The LED lighting will need to illuminate the signs at night without impacting drivers entering the garage. The goal is to have consistent signage that enhances each entrance and clarifies the purposes of the parking garage. Please refer to the attached for visual of design. The contractor shall be responsible to verify all field dimensions, quantities, and conditions. The selected Contractor will prepare conceptual and final entrance sign designs, construction drawings, and all related services for the construction of the signs with detailed estimates and lump sum costs. The selected Contractor shall comply with City Building codes and regulations and shall provide a site plan and design plan with the square foot of each sign. Plans will include all materials, shipping, and installation. Upon acceptance of a design by the City, the Contractor shall prepare a final design, construction drawings, and a detailed construction budget for review. The final design, construction drawings, and construction budget must be approved by the City, and authorization to proceed provided to the Contractor in writing, prior to commencement of construction or ordering of materials.
