The Project includes the following Work: The project is located within the Valnova Community, a master planned development in Eagle, Idaho. The project is located East of State Highway 16 and generally extends to the East off Highway 16 to the Big Gulch Creek valley. Major components of the project are summarized below: Glencara Parkway and drainage corridor-Phase 2 - Landscape, Irrigation and Site Improvements (Approximately 5,950 linear feet (1.13 miles) of roadway) Approximately 22.7 acres of landscape and irrigation improvements (park strips, road medians and drainage wash corridor) Bids are requested for the following Contract: Glencara Parkway, Phase 2 (Landscape, Irrigation and Site Furnishings) / 2401 The Project has an expected duration of 145 calendar days. Construction is projected to begin on August 4, 2025 and completed by December 12, 2025. The designated Dropbox folder will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated Dropbox folder. Neither Owner nor Landscape Architect will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated Dropbox folder. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District.
