The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for approximately 25 Linear Feet of Schedule 80 PVC Pipe, 11 CY of Full Depth Trench Repair and Pipe Embedment, 5 Linear Feet of Curb and Gutter, 20 Linear Feet of Curb Inlet Protection, 6 Square Yards of Asphalt Haul-Off/Disposal, 6 Cubic Feet Unclassified Roadway/Subgrade, 15 Square Yards of Bermuda Sod and other miscellaneous appurtenance and bid items. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City's Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Court, 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
