The City of Cabot Hereby Notifies All Bidders That This Contractis Subject to Applicable Labor Laws, Non-discrimination Provisions,wage Rate Laws and Other Federallaws Including the Fair Laborstandards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title Vi Of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 Alsoapply. The City of Cabot Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities in Bidding to the Extent Allowed by Law. Bids May Be Held by the City of Cabot for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty(60) Days Following Opening Of bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating Thequalifications of Bidders Prior Toawarding of the Contract.
