Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof ofAuthority ofthe official or agent signing the bond. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, the Federal Section 3 and Equal Opportunity provisions, and the Buy American provisions. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date ofthe opening thereof. Knox County reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The Engineer's cost estimate for Contract A - Water System Loop is $545,000; Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to: Josh Besancon, P.E., Engineering Associates, Inc. at Joshua.Besancon@eaohio.com and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
