OWNER: Greenfield Union School District (GUSD) PROJECT NAME: Prosperity Elementary School 8 Classroom Addition, Increment 1: Sitework & Utilities PROJECT LOCATION: 901 Prosperity Way, Bakersfield, CA 93304 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Site and Utility work to include demolition and removal of 6 existing modular classroom buildings; disconnection, termination, removal/relocation of existing site utilities; misc. site and building demolition; earthwork, grading and site clearing; site utilities; site electrical, fire alarm and data; site concrete (patch back) and asphalt paving (patch back) and other work as indicated in the contract documents. Work per the contract documents to be performed by the following bid packages: BP 01 Site & Building Demolition (A or C21) BP 02 Earthwork, Grading & Site Clearing (A or C12) BP 03 Site Utilities (A or C34 or C36) BP 04 Site Electrical, Fire Alarm & Data Communications (C10) BP 05 Site Concrete-Patch Back (A or C8) BP 06 Asphalt Paving-Patch Back (A or C12) BP 07 SWPPP & Site Sweeping (A) The following licenses must be prequalified with District: A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 (See item 19 per this Notice to Contractors Calling for Bids) The Projects' are anticipated to start on approximately November 04, 2024. Refer to the Project Bid Schedule for the approximate start and completion dates of each project. Liquidated Damages $1,000 per calendar day.
