Reference Number : 0000362365 Bids from qualified contractors for the Nile Valley Road Rehabilitation Project. The scope of work includes furnishing labor, materials, and equipment for the construction work required. Question Deadline 09/17/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online : No . Include with the bid a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or a Bid Bond for five percent (5%) of the base bid amount. Make checks payable to the City. Bid Bonds must be payable to the City. Bid Bonds must be executed by the Bidder and a surety company that meets requirements of the conditions of the contract. The Bidder must be capable of executing satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond for one-hundred (100%) percent of the awarded contract sum in accordance with the conditions of the contract. The Bonds must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of Award of Contract, and on the forms included in the Contract Documents. All provisions in Respondent's proposal, including any estimated or projected costs, shall remain valid for sixty (60) days following the deadline date for submissions or, if a proposal is accepted, throughout the entire term of the contract. All proposals become the property of the City upon receipt and will not be returned. Any information deemed to be confidential by Respondent should be clearly noted on the page(s) where confidential information is contained; however, the Parties understand that under the Texas Public Information Act, a Court order or the Texas Attorney General may compel the City to disclose all or part of any public record not considered confidential under Texas law. Each bidder must deposit with its bid, security in the amount, form and conditions described in Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The estimated construction budget for this contract is $533,000.
