The City Of Cottage Grove Has Adopted A Standard Document Entitled "Standard Specifications For Utility And Street Construction", Dated January 2024, Which Includes The Procurement And Contracting Requirements And Specifications Which Are Hereby Incorporated Into The Bidding Documents.
