The Town has purchased the lighting fixtures (see Appendix A) for this project and is seeking professional installation services of a qualified electrician. The work includes installing four (4) of the light fixtures around the lower section of the clock tower to illuminate Town Hall. The general location of the light fixtures includes two on the front of the clock tower framing the main entrance and then one on either side of the clock tower. The light fixtures come with the ability to change colours with a E-Board technology. The installation would include the set-up of the E-Board unit.
