In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays excepted Project: in General, the Work on This Project Consists of the Rehabilitation of an Existing Raw Sewage Pump Station Known as the "Golfview Drive Pump Station" Located at 406 Golfview Drive, Township of Stafford, Ocean County, New Jersey. Bid Security: Bid Security is Required in the Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Bid, but Not in Excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) as Set Forth in N.j.s.a. 40a:11-21. Certificate From a Surety Company is Required Indicating Consent to Be Bound as Surety and Guarantor for Performance Required Under the Contract Documents. Document notes. Should Interested Bidders Not Have the Ability to Handle Electronic Download Sets, a Set May Be Arranged to Be Sent Overnight by Calling 732-286-9220. Payment Must Be Received Prior to Obtaining Said Specifications. No Bids Are to Be Picked Up at the Engineer's Office or at the Municipal Offices.
