The Capital Regional District invites detailed proposals from consultants (the "Proponents") in strict accordance with these Proposal Documents (CRD, RFP No. EPRO2024-016). The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD," is seeking proposals for the description of services/goods required. The CRD invites qualified consultants to conduct a risk assessment of the potential effects of increasing the annual drawdown of the Sooke Lake Reservoir, the primary water supply for the Greater Victoria Drinking Water System. This water system supplies drinking water to approximately 400,000 residents in the Greater Victoria area on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. The contract is intended initially for a one (1) year period with the option to extend the contract if needed and upon mutual agreement. The CRD reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition.
