Reference Number 0000362360 Partial demolition and hazardous material abatement at 520 Livingston Ave., Albany. Demotion will include a portion of the structure and removal of the concrete base as well as selected removals in other areas of the building. The portion of the buidling to be removed is a steel beam metal building that may be dismantled and then errected for use elsewhere.
