The purpose of this request is to obtain the services of qualified professional to remove existing and provide new Cat 6 Network Drop Cabling for the renovation of new space at 10 Courthouse Square in Warrenton, VA 20186. Question Deadline 09/12/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Online - Q&A Term of Contract: The contract term shall be for a period of one (1) year from date of award. At the Owner's option, the contract may be renewed for five (5) additional one (1) year periods, under the terms of the current contract, and at a reasonable time (approximately 60 days) prior to the expiration The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials and supplies to complete the scope of work provided below, at the Owner's discretion. Services are to include, but not be limited to those listed and outlined herein. The requirements outlined herein represent the general scope of this RFP, but may not represent the full scope of areas that should be reviewed under the scope of the resulting contract; Offerors are encouraged to suggest other areas that should be considered for Owner review. Owner reserves the right to request Contractor to provide additional services; the cost for additional services will be negotiated, based on a mutually agreed upon scope of work, at the time they are requested, and will be added to the contract through written modification
