All Bidders Will Be Required to Comply With Chapter 15b, Equal Employment Opportunity Contract Compliance, of the Dallas City Code and the Cod 2021 Addendum to the North Central Texas Council of Governments (Nctcog) Public Works Construction Standards - North Central Texas, 5th Edition, November 2017. Cashier's Check or Acceptable Bidder's Bond Payable to the City, In an Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent of the Total Bid Submitted Must Accompany Bid. Two Copies of the Bid Must Also Accompany the Bid Original. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. It is the Goal of the City of Dallas That at Least 32 Percent of the Work Performed Under Each Construction Contract Be Performed By Minority and Women Business Enterprises.
