If prospective bidders wish to make a site visit, they shall contact the listed contact for site visit at least one week prior to end of the bidding period. Vendors requesting a site visit must allow at least one week for listed contact to find an available day for the visit. Broome DDSOO is seeking a vendor to replace the existing fire alarm system at West Street location per attached prints. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to the below scope of work and associated general requirements. Any questions relating to function of the system or that touch upon interpretation of the prints as they relate to code shall be resolved by the Broome OPWDD Fire Safety Rep. All other issues (asbestos concerns, aesthetic issues, scheduling concerns, etc.) shall be resolved by Broome DDSOO Plant Superintendent or the above listed contact.
