The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (SSCAFCA) requests competitive sealed bids for Construction Services for the Riparia Ponds. SSCAFCA encourages Small and Minority Businesses, Native American Businesses, Women's Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area Firms to respond to this solicitation. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing, via email, to dcasaus@sscafca.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner or Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda via the Owner's website Online, Questions received after the deadline for written questions as stated in the bid, will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Work will be substantially completed within 150 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 170 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
