Reference Number 0000362161 Job Location 512 Golf View Lane, Rochester MI Oakland University Golf & Learning Center is requesting pricing to renovate the bunkers on the R&S Sharf Golf Course (~70,000 SFT @ ~62 locations). We are requesting pricing to replace existing bunker's using the Better Billy Bunker Method. This will be a full renovation of all bunkers on the golf course, including sand, underlayment & drainage. All spoils will remain onsite. Bid security in the form of a certified check, or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid is required and shall accompany each bid. Disposition of the bid security shall be as described in the Instructions to Bidders in point 9.3.
