Question Deadline 09/26/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Contract Term: 90 Calendar Days; Construction Cost Estimate: $340,000 Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be on a Unit Price Basis as Indicated in the Bid Form. Document notes. Bidding Documents May Also Be Examined at the Office of the Mayor, City of Hammond; 310 East Charles Street; Hammond, La 70401. Printed Copies of the Bidding Documents Shall Be Obtained From the Issuing Office During the Hours Indicated Above Upon Payment of a Deposit of $200.00 for Each Set. Bidders Who Return Full Sets of the Bidding Documents in Good Condition (Suitable for Re-use) Within Ten (10) Days After Receipt of Bids (October 14, 2024) Will Receive a Refund of ($100.00). Non-bidders, and Bidders Who Obtain More Than One Set of the Bidding Documents, Will Receive a Refund of $50.00 for Documents Returned in Good Condition Within the Time Limit Indicated Above. Checks for Bidding Documents Shall Be Payable to Spangler Engineering, Llc. Upon Request and Receipt of the Document Deposit Indicated Above the Issuing Office Will Transmit the Bidding Documents online. The Date That the Bidding Documents Are Transmitted by the Issuing Office Will Be Considered the Bidders Date of Receipt of the Bidding Documents.
