Pinal County is seeking a qualified contractor to replace security fencing along the San Manuel Airport property. Removal of exiting fence; clearing and grubbing b. Installation of new security fence and double swing gate; application of pre-emergent herbicide The proposed work is located at the San Manuel Ray Blair Airport at 86181 E. Avendia de Aviacion, San Manuel, AZ 85631, ("Airport"). The project scope consists of the following tasks; installation of a new security fence that encloses a greater portion of the available area within the existing property boundary and prevents wildlife from entering the Airport. The new fence alignment will follow the existing unpaved road that provides public access across the Airport's property and along the property line. The area along the fence line that follows this property line will be cleared and grubbed to allow vehicular access. The existing fence located in the project area will be removed. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to completely construct the proposed project in strict conformity and in accordance with the design plans and specifications prepared for Pinal by Dibble. The Work is to be accomplished in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of both the Pinal Airport Director and the Engineer of Record. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards of the Industry in use at the time of the signing of this contract. Unless excepted by the Engineer, work on this project shall be started within ten (10) calendar days from the issuance date of the written "Notice to Proceed" and be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date
