The Work includes design services for the demolition of sod soccer, baseball, and softball sports fields and replace with synthetic turf system. In addition, xeriscape system installation on grounds surrounding sports fields that includes concrete mow curbs, ADA access, erosion control, discus and shot put, and field equipment storage pads. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A, AB, and B. The Work consists of removing the existing natural grass; replacing the baseball field, softball field and soccer field’s grass with synthetic turf systems and replacing other natural grass areas with desert landscape; removing existing irrigation from the natural grass areas and installing new irrigation. The Work also includes installing new curbs, fencing, concrete, DG maintenance paths, erosion control and sports field accessories. 2.
