The project will include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required for the installation of heating and chilled water piping to connect Parker and Norwood Hall's to the campus geothermal loop. The Project shall consist of removing existing tunnel piping and installing heating and chilled water piping to connect Parker and Norwood Hall to the campus loop system. Supporting asbestos abatement, concrete, excavation, electrical, and site restoration work are also included. The Contractor shall have as a goal, subcontracting with Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) of ten percent (10%), with Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), and/or Veteran Owned Business Enterprise, of ten percent(10%), with Service-Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVE) of three percent (3%) of awarded contract price for work to be performed.
