The City of Freeport is Accepting Sealed Proposals for the replacement of the structures at the Freeport Municipal Park located at 830 Mystery Harbor Lane. The Proposal should also include a cost for the replacement of the structures and engineering if larger than 50ft. It is the responsibility of the submitting entityto ensure that the proposal is received in atimely manner. Proposals received after thedeadline will not be considered for award,regardless of whether or not the delay wasoutside the control of the submitting firm. TheCity of Freeport reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting timely bids. The City of Freeport is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. The scope of work includes: a. Perform all work in accordance with OSHA standards. b. Demo and Install steel framing and R-Panel Roof/Trim for 27ft x 6ft Awning bolted to concrete and welded to top beam support c. Demo and Install steel framing and R-Panel Roof/Trim for (2) 40ft x 21ft Awnings bolted to concrete and welded to top beam support d. Provide Warranty e. Provide Bond (if needed) *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. There will be no pre-proposal conference.
