Scope of Services The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents to construct for the above-stated project. he general items of work include removal of existing signal equipment and furnish and install traffic signal equipment at 54 intersections complete and in place, including new LED pedestrian indications and ATC controllers, and all incidental work and materials. ATC controllers to be furnished and installed by the City. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. No Contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work unless registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This project is subject to compliance monitoring & enforcement by the DIR. Protest Procedures: Pursuant to Chapters 3.28.350 and 3.32.060 of the City of Temecula Municipal Code, any actual or prospective bidder, proposer, or contractor (collectively "bidder") who believes he or she has been aggrieved in connection with the solicitation or award of a contract pursuant to this Chapter may protest, in writing, to the Office of the City Clerk, within three (3) business days after posting of the award recommendation at the location where bids or proposals are submitted.
