Reference Number 0000361974 Job Location: City of Clawson City Wide Concrete Pavement Repair Program The approximate quantities for the major items of work involved in this project are as follows: Remove and Replace 8" Concrete Pavement 2,250 SY Together with related items of work as well as any required restoration work. Question Deadline 09/11/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Clawson, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The City of Clawson reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates.
