The Project includes the following Work: Construction of 1,188 feet of 8 inch gravity sewer, 375 feet of 8 inch gravity sewer abandonment, 4,250 feet of 8 inch force main replacement, 810 feet of 4 inch force main replacement, three (3) lift station replacements, and all associated manholes, service lines, appurtenances, and restoration. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Wightman 433 East Ransom Street Kalamazoo, MI 49007 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $50 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Wightman.
