Pavement Improvements at Hellyer County Park Velodrome This is a Public Work and will require Prevailing Wages to be paid. The Work will consist of striping work at Hellyer County Park Velodrome Parking Lot; 985 Hellyer Avenue; San Jose, CA 95111 The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items.
