Question Deadline 09/26/2024 at 10:00 AM ET, Questions are submitted online: No. Questions may also be submitted to George Pendleton,George.pendleton@clover.k12.sc.us, 803-810-8031. 1. The purpose of this solicitation is to request bids from a qualified contractor to remove and replace AHU-10 with a Carrier or Trane unit. 2. Bid price shall include all materials and equipment to remove existing Carrier AHU and replace with a new Carrier or Trane AHU comparable to the existing AHU. Delivery of any material and equipment shall be in the determination of award. The vendor that is awarded this contract will work closely with the district in regards to the delivery of the unit and installation of the unit. 3. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received, and to accept the proposal that is the most advantageous to the district. 4. Payments on contracts resulting from this solicitation will be based on receipt and acceptance of materials/service and a proper invoice. 5. The work will be performed at the Applied Technology Center Building C, 1625 Hwy 55 East, Clover, SC 29710. The vendor will work closely with the Clover School District on scheduling the delivery of unit. 6. The vendor shall provide proof of any and all state and local license needed to perform the above-mentioned project and all documents required by the CSD procurement office. 7. If there are any changes to the scope of work listed below, a change order must be approved by CSD. Award will be posted by October 14, 2024. The award, this solicitation, any amendments, and any related notices will be posted via email.
