. Bids will be prepared in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Harwood Engineering Consultants, Ltd. Phone 414-475- 5554, 255 N. 21st St., Milwaukee, WI 53233. All blanks on the Bid Form shall be filled in by typewriter print or manually in ink. If the filled areas are illegible, the Bid shall be rejected. The Bidder shall make no additional stipulations on the Bid Form or qualify the Bid in any manner. 6. Where so indicated on the Bid Form, the values shall be expressed in both words and figures. In the event of discrepancy between the words and figures, the amount written in words shall govern. 7. Bids will be submitted using the Bid Forms provided herein. Bid security shall be by a qualified surety in the form of a bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of Bid amount, /and shall be submitted with the Bid. Bidders shall agree to not withdraw the Bid for a period of ninety (90) days after due date of Bids. 8. Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish in the amount of 100% of the contract prices, satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance. It is the responsibility of prospective Bidders to check this website for any future amendments, questions, revisions, etc., prior to the opening date. All addenda must be acknowledged on the signature page in the area provided. Failure to do so may result in your response being rejected.
