Fall River DCM Facility Improvements Project - Phase III. Masonry, Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron, Membrane Roofing, Metal Windows, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work consists of a high arch gambrel salt shed at 10 Lewiston Street, the site of the existing Department of Community Maintenance (DCM) facility. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. All Bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A - 44J inclusive, as amended. Design Participation: Combined MBE/WBE goal of (21.6 %) Construction Participation: Combined MBE/WBE goal of (13 %) Question Deadline 09/13/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via the Tighe & Bond website or via email at mpwzorek@tighebond.com. Prospective Bidders must be registered users of the website to submit questions regarding the project. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
