The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: providing all materials and labor for the restoration of the pavement in the Expo Idaho large triangle parking lot, located at 5610 N. Glenwood St., Garden City, ID 83714, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings (the Project). A geotechnical pavement evaluation has been provided as Exhibit C to Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 09/25/2024 at 4:00 PM MT Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Any and all questions, substitution requests, requests for clarification, or explanations desired by potential Bidders must be submitted in the Vendor Discussions section of the Bonfire project listing An addendum will be made available on the Ada County website at https://adacounty.bonfirehub.com The undersigned, having familiarized itself with the local conditions affecting the cost of the work, and with all criteria included within or referenced by the Contract Documents and Project Manual for Bid 25002 Expo Idaho Parking Lot Pavement Restoration FY25, including any addenda, does hereby propose to perform everything required to complete the project, and furnish all the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services necessary to perform, and to complete in a workmanlike manner all of the work required by the Contract Documents ("Project"), as follows: Bidders are invited to consult with the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses for further requirements of state law. Bidders shall enter on their Bid Form each HVAC, plumbing or electrical subcontractor called for on the Bid Form that the Bidder proposes to use during construction, the amount of the subcontract, and the subcontractor's address. This includes any Owner required subcontractors that are identified in the plans or specifications. If the Bidder intends to self-perform any HVAC, plumbing or electrical work, both the Bidder's public works license number and the trade license number for the HVAC, plumbing or electrical work to be self-performed must be stated on the Bid Form. Failure to list each subcontractor trade,subcontract amount, the Bidder's current public works license number, and the Bidder's trade license number(s) (if applicable) as called for on the Bid Form will disqualify the Bid.
