Flooring and Subfloor removal and replacement in 25 Leary Ave. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to demo flooring and subfloor in 25 Leary Ave. Subfloor replacement throughout unit as well as install prefinished hardwood flooring, install new stair treads and new painted wood base installed throughout units first and second floors. The contractor is responsible for all associated permit fees. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Subfloor installation requires the use of approved sub floor adhesive. - Furnish and install new 1/4 '' underlayment in 3 bedrooms, hallway landing, living room, kitchen & bathroom - Furnish and install sufficient quantity of pre-finished 3/4 ''X 2 1/4 '' clear maple or oak random Length plank to be directly fastened to new subfloor to finish all areas of the unit scheduled for new hardwood flooring. 3 bedrooms , hallway landing, living room. - Furnish and install sufficient Quantity of Sheet Vinyl Flooring to kitchen and bathroom of the unit. Sheet vinyl Flooring to be IVC Floors-FLEXITEC- Previa 544 or Equal. - HHA will remove all items required to be moved prior to work starting. - Furnish and install new wood baseboard throughout entire unit. Base board to be paint grade 1x4 pine . New baseboard to receive 1 coat primer and 2 coats finish paint. Paint to be supplied by HHA. Adjust and cut down all doors to facilitate a 3/4 '' gap at bottom of door. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion throughout the project.
