East Harbor Launch Ramp Project Scope of Work: the Project Scope Includes Construction of a New 85' Long by 20' Wide Concrete Boat Ramp With Associated Grading and Drainage, Erosion and Sediment Control, Repair and Replacement of Asphalt as Need to Transition From Existing Pavement to the New Boat Ramp, Stripe Boat Lane and Parking Spaces With Installation of Wheel Stops and Required Ada Signs and Marking, Construction of Concrete Gangway Connection Structure, and Finished Grading With Landscaping of Disturbed Areas to Match Original Condition or Better. An additive alternate is included to mill and overlay existing asphalt pavement in the upper portion of the existing parking lot and boat lane areas. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Submit 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, a Certificate of Insurance Coverage as Provided in the Specifications, and a Complete List of Subcontractors Will Be Required Prior to the Signing of the Contract. All Bidders Must Comply With the Requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and Be Certified for the Type of Work for Which a Proposal is Submitted.
