Reference Number 0000277631 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/19 02:00:00 PM CDT Work of this Contract comprises of the remediation of the Municipality of Norfolk Treherne - Manitoba EMO Site #65. The overall work will consist of remediating the slope movements and erosional damage along a drainage ravine by infilling and regrading the ravine, placing rockfill riprap, and replacing an existing damaged culvert with a new culvert. Total Performance shall be completed for all works by December 15, 2024. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond and an Agreement to Bond, issued by a Surety Company licensed to conduct business in Canada, and acceptable to the Owner. The Bid Bond shall be in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of total bid price. The Bid Bond shall be valid for a period of not less than sixty (60) days from the date of tender. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price. A labour and materials bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price. Consultant reserves the right to reject any materials or works which are not in accordance with the requirements of this Specification. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
