Reference Number 0000362036 The project will renovate specific Fox Hollow Golf Course bunkers and the Canyon nine chipping green. Specifically, the Canyon nine chipping green and it"s surrounds, Canyon nine holes 3, 4, 7, 9 and Links nine hole 3 (21). Working with the guidance of Superintendent of Golf Courses and Golf Course architect when/where appropriate. The aforementioned areas, in general, have weathered well over some 30+ years but have since lost aesthetics, presented agronomics/economic challenges and impacted playability. This effort is a continuation of bunkering renovations from six years ago under the efforts of original golf course architect Denis Griffiths. The primary goal(s) to reduce the existing bunker(ing) by approximately 25-30% without sacrifice to the overall "feel/look" of a tremendously solid design. Golf Course Architect Mr. Thad Layton has been procured for this final-conclusive phase. The project is to be completed within Forty five (45) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated March 15, and the work shall conclude by May 22, 2025.
