A 5% certified check, bond or money order, payable to the City Of Chicopee, must accompany each bid as a bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the value of the bid. A 100% performance bond and a labor materials (payment bond) bond each in the full amount of the Contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The conditions of employment and Minimum Wage Rates, as set fourth by the Massachusetts commissioner of Labor and Industries, chapter 149, Section 26 to 27F inclusive, shall prevail in the execution of work under this contract.
