Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) is seeking a Waste Management Service (WMS) Provider for recycling services. The service will be for one (1) year and must include Sustainability tracking. The service will include one dumpster and for each pick up, the WMS provider will need to separate the recyclables and provide a LEED Report on a monthly basis. Requirements: SBUH is requesting a quote for a dumpster/container to be placed at the SBUH loading dock area of the facility. The dumpster/container is for general use and the selected vendor must abide by the specs/parameters of the recycling and sorting services set forth: Provide a new 20-yard dumpster/container. Dumpster/container will be pick up twice a week. Vendor will be responsible for separating debris by the following, but not limited to, the categories listed: - Asphalt - Cardboard - Concrete - Dirt - Paper - Plastic - Wire - Wood - Styrofoam - Metals (which includes, aluminum, copper, iron, etc.) Vendor to provide a monthly LEED Report with each category and listed with tonnage and yards (weight) and shipping information. Vendor to include LEED Report with breakdown by material and provide all pertinent shipping information. Quote must list an all-inclusive price per pick up.
