The Notice-to-Proceed is to be determined, contingent on City Council approval. Contract Completion and Final punch lists for this project are to be completed by September 2025. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Summit County and the City of Norton, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614.644.2239. The City of Norton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
