Mill Hall Park Restroom. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. Update restroom to meet ADA for Mill Hall Park. Demolition of existing interior as needed including removing fixtures, partitons and walls. o Cut concrete floor as needed to adjust for plumbing. Scarify floor for finish, and epoxy. o Rework electrical as need for the update. Rewire to include four LED auto on/off lights and one exhaust fan per restroom. o Demolition of entrance doors and frames and enlarge to meet ADA. Install ADA compliant metal doors including hardware. Exterior only key locks on doors. o Update four windows to privacy windows. o Update plumbing as needed. o Fur the walls where needed, install plywood and cover with white FRP. o Install 4" vinyl base. o Paint doors and exterior of building. o Frame, drywall, and paint the ceiling. o Install outdoor lighting for security. o All fixtures need to be ADA compliant. Women's Restroom to include three auto flush industrial toilets with partitions one of which is an ADA compliant stall, and three toilet paper dispensers. One ADA compliant sink, soap dispenser, and paper towel dispenser, industrial quality. Fixtures/valves should be hands free. Men's Restroom to include one ADA partitioned stall with auto flush industrial toilet, toilet paper dispenser, and two urinals with urinal screen. One ADA compliant sink, soap dispenser, and paper towel dispenser, industrial quality. Fixtures/valves should be handsfree. Optional as an add-on: Pave the stone lot surrounding the restroom.
