The project's scope includes a new approximately 45,000 sf school building and Level 3 renovation to the existing Gymnasium. The building envelope will be designed to comply with the current energy requirements for New Mexico. Low maintenance, durable materials and finishes will be installed throughout the school. The main entrance will provide a secure lobby for the school. The lobby will provide a controlled access point into the school. The site will be renovated to improve grading and drainage, replace damaged concrete, replace existing fencing, comply with ADA requirements and improve parent and bus pick-up / drop-off zones. New canopies will be constructed to protect students and staff from the elements. A new playground plaza space will have new play equipment for the students. A separate Tot Lot will be provided for Kindergarten students. Quotes need to be held for 60 days.
