The firms that will be pre-qualified will provide a full range of basic services as necessary and applicable to the type of project or study selected. Interested respondents must exhibit the required knowledge, qualifications, and expertise to deliver such professional services. Professional services include design related to landscape architecture. The City of Euless Parks and Community Services is soliciting qualifications and statement of interest from professional service providers in Landscape Architecture for consideration of pre-qualifying professional services related to planning, design, and construction administration services for various City of Euless Parks and Community services projects, as needed. The City reserves the right to select and use pre-qualified agencies with indefinite quantity, stated with solicitation upfront and in the contract that no work is guaranteed. Firms short listed by this solicitation will remain in consideration for a period of five (5) years. Questions Due Date: September 20, 2024 As projects may be initiated from time to time, and the need for specific services identified, firms prequalified through this process to provide those services will be evaluated for the new project. The evaluation will be done using the information provided by each candidate during this RFQ. In addition, and at the sole discretion of the City as it deems in its best interests, additional information for evaluation may also be requested from candidate(s) during any project-specific selection process, when the need to do so is identified by the City. All information received from the candidates will be evaluated for the new project in Step Two using the following criteria. o 30 points - Overall Experience and Qualifications of the Firm o 30 points - Past Performance and Relevant Experience on Similar Projects o 40 points - Proposed Staff Members (experience and availability) The City reserves the right to interview one or more candidates as part of Step Two, and prior to making its final selection.
